Hull is made out of fiber glass with PVC as core composites with epoxy resin. Light weight & stronger than any other fiber glass construction PVC foam thickness = 10 mm (density – 80 kg/m3) Outer layer = 1200 GSM one tri-axial fiber with UD + one 800 GSM biaxial layer Inner layer = 1200 GSM one tri-axial fiber with UD + one 400 GSM biaxial layer.
Epoxy marine grade resin is used to build the boat. Using epoxy resin leads to better quality products. Deck will be same as hull composites, but the PVC foam thickness will be 30 mm & fiber glass are 800 biaxial on both side & nonskid paint will be done on the deck.
